“My fellow board members and I are thrilled to welcome Renee to her new role, having worked alongside her and trusted her expertise for more than 10 years. With this transition, we begin an exciting new chapter in UCU’s history,” said Gerald Hayman, Jr., chair of the UCU Board of Directors. “In addition, I wish to thank our Executive Vice President Deb White-Rideout for stepping in as interim president during the board’s extensive CEO search process.”

Ouellette is a Certified Public Accountant and highly skilled finance professional with nearly 25 years of experience, including the last 10 years at UCU, most recently as Senior Vice President of Finance. “I want to thank our Board of Directors for placing their confidence in me to lead UCU. I am fortunate to be surrounded by a highly skilled and dedicated team who provides the very best service to our members. Together, we will continue building on our strong growth and effecting positive change in our communities around the state,” said Ouellette.
