If you have received a call from University Credit Union to verify unusual debit card activity or if you believe your debit card has been blocked due to out-of-routine transactions, you may contact our Fraud Detection Center to verify transactions 24/7. Personal Finance Manager Secure Messages

Sending a secure message through Personal Finance Manager is easy! In the upper right hand corner of this page, log in to your UCU account. New to PFM? Click the register button in the same area.

Once logged in, if you have a question about a specific account you may click the envelope to the left of the account name to begin a secure message.

 

If your question is more generic in nature, you may click 'Contact' in the navy blue band at the top, or you can click the 'Messages' tab on the tab bar while logged in to PFM.

 

You will then see your messages screen. Simply click 'Send Message,' create your message and click send!
