At UCU, we understand that starting a new position can be costly. That's why we've designed a special Employee Transition Loan just for you.

Loan Terms & Eligibility Requirements

• 0% APR (interest free)
• Single payment note for up to 90 day term
• Maximum loan amount of $5,000 (depending on credit score)
• Must become a UCU member
• Must have a UCU checking account with direct deposit of your payroll
• Must demonstrate that you have been offered and accepted a position within the UMS system
• Start date of hire must be within previous or future 3 months

Becoming a member of UCU is easy...you can now become a member online with UCU's new online account opening program - Opening Act! Simply click on Become a Member to open your new account. Already a member of UCU? You can open additional accounts online too! Just click on Open New Account. It's as easy as that!! You can also visit one of our convenient branch locations.

How to Apply

To apply for UCU's Employee Transition Loan simply download and complete the quick application and have the HR department at your school complete their portion. You can then mail, fax or drop it by any UCU branch.
