To serve you better, your upgrade features an easy-to-use, more secure product with additional time saving details, plus all the features you've come to expect in Bill Pay. In addition to the upgrade, Bill Pay is now accessed through our Home Banking platform with one simple log on.
If you are not currently enrolled in UCU's Home Banking services you can complete the Electronic Services Application & Disclosure and return it to any UCU branch, fax it to 207-581-1452 or contact a UCU representative at 800-696-8628.

How to Opt-in to Overdraft Privilege
University Credit Union is offering you several ways to make sure your Overdraft Privilege service continues.
- Complete this form and mail it to us at 99 Park St, Orono, ME 04473, or bring it to one of our convenient branch locations;
- Call UCU at 1-800-696-8628;
- Send us an email at ucu@ucu.maine.edu indicating that you would like to opt-in to overdraft protection, with your name and address. Please, DO NOT include your account number in the email; or
- Contact a UCU representative through our Live Chat online feature.
