James Frost Jr., Financial Service Representative at UCU's Brighton Ave. branch, recently completed the Certified Financial Services Professional (CFSP) with high honors and the Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) program with honors.
The CFSP designation is targeted at educating credit union professionals specailizing in financial services. The CCUE is designed for managers and those aspiring to credit union leadership. It teaches advanced credit union management and operations techniques.
